I’m a product designer practicing UX methods and with a flair for interactive prototypes and illustrations. I am curious to hear about your company to see how we can work together. Let's get in contact.
Key points I've learnt and believe in
Make thorough research and analysis of user problems. Preparation has a great value to problem-solving, so don’t jump ahead in time and imagine a solution.
Spend more project time on the early low-fi wireframes. That helps focus less on the visual design and interactions too early. An idea tested early is more likely to be easily implemented, desired among users, and commercially viable.
A design sprint with many people involved is an effective way to raise ideas and see new perspectives. It may feel a little confusing at first, but there can be a reward at the end.
Interdisciplinary workshops (e.g. marketing, sales, finance, dev, and C-level) where everyone can contribute with expert knowledge is a way to draw attention to risks that could be overlooked.
Keep searching for users’ pain points and focus on solving these problems, even if it can be tough to rethink something you have put a lot of effort in.
